On Wednesday, March 20th , 2024, members of the Homeowners Association (HOA) Board and/or Architectural Control Committee (ACC) noted that some yards and exterior areas needed some attention. We noted this on several homes throughout the neighborhood and realize that people are just gearing up to begin regular yard maintenance.
This is a simple courtesy asking you to be attentive in the coming months to the exterior appearance and yard of the home you live in or own. The next drive round we will be forcing more on flower beds and lawns. Every owner or tenant has the obligation to abide by the CCRs and maintain their lot and any building or improvement located on the property in a manner that meets the standards appropriate for a first class community. Your attention to these issues is appreciated. Please help us keep up the standards of this neighborhood.
