Hi neighbors. Just a reminder that 2025 HOA dues were due January 1. There are currently 13 homes who have not paid their dues. Late fees have been assessed and Finial late notices will go out tomorrow. Please contact any board member to deliver your dues. The current total due is $306.03. Late fees will continue to accrue as shown below:
Late Fee February 15th-February 28th -$306.03
Lien Placement March 1st 2025- All cost associated with lien (~$953+ any interest)
If not received by February 28th the account will be forwarded on to the HOA attorney to have a lien placed on the property. All costs associated with the lien and the attorney are the responsibility of the homeowner.
