This is a simple general courtesy letter regarding yard maintenance and/or Exterior Appearance. The ACC has noted substantial number of homes in the neighborhood that have significant weed growth in their front garden areas, trees needing to be trimmed and debris.

Every owner or tenant has the obligation to abide by the CCRs and maintain their lot and any building or improvement located on the property in a manner that meets the standards appropriate for our community. Your attention to these issues is appreciated.
